Returns and exchanges

How to Return?

1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start. 

2. Follow the instructions and select the items you'd like to return/ exchange. 

3. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. 

Are there any charges for returns?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no charges for returns from inside the UK. Returns from outside the UK require postage to be paid by the customer.

 
How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method or payment, within 10 working days.

Terms & Conditions

Returns must be communicated to M.C. Overalls prior to return of the product. When dispatching the product, you must be able to provide a Proof of Delivery (POD) or valid courier tracking numbers as proof of return. 

Items should be returned unused and with all M.C.Overalls garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

In case of dispute, M.C.Overalls shall have the final say.

Exchanges

Sometimes the size or the colour isn’t quite right. M.C.Overalls will happily exchange your order to ensure you get the right item.

Detail the product you are returning on our return form and make a note what product you'd like to exchange for. 

Please note that once you have exchanged an item, if you would still like to return this item, your return will only be applicable for another exchange or store credit. 

Quality Guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you will need to contact us within 7 days of receipt.

If items have a manufacturing fault that occured within a 6-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately by emailing enquiries@mcoveralls.com

Returns Info

Any items purchased from non-sale are eligible for exchange, credit or refund. We have a 30 days return policy from receipt of your order. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with the original packaging and hang-tags still attached.

Reimbursement 

M.C.Overalls will process returns within 3-7 working days of your order being receipted by the M.C.Overalls team. When dispatching the product, you must be able to provide proof of delivery (POD) or valid courier tracking numbers as proof of return . In case od any disputes, M.C.Overalls shall have the final say.
